Charlie is available and will be ready to join his new forever family December 11th. He is an absolutely gorgeous chocolate Shih Tzu, currently tracking 11-13 lbs at maturity. Charlie has an excellent fun, loving personality and wonderful temperament.

Charlie is hand-raised and well-cared for in a clean, healthy environment, with lots of love and attention daily. I am an experienced breeder providing quality Shih Tzu pups to loving pet homes for over 15 years. I take an extreme amount of pride in my puppies, and do the best to provide healthy, happy, and beautiful well-adjusted Shih Tzus. All my pups are well socialized by me and my family.

In an attempt to protect my puppies from unethical breeding practices, as well as brokers and pet stores that try to disguise themselves as loving homes, Charlie is being offered for sale WITHOUT registration papers.

+ What's Included

Charlie will be current on age appropriate vaccines, given all of the necessary preventative de-wormings, thoroughly examined for health by my veterinarian, and will come to you with a detailed health record and 2 year written health guarantee. My puppies also go to their new homes with a small bag of puppy food that they are currently eating, favorite toy or two, snuggle blanket with scent of mom and littermates, harness and leash and anytime support. I am an experienced breeder and I'm always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

+ Required Deposit

Deposit of $300 will reserve Charlie until he is ready to join his new loving family. Balance is due in CASH ONLY on pick-up day. Due to the fraudulent activity that can be associated with money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks, I cannot accept them as a form of payment.

+ Terms and Conditions of Deposit

By placing a deposit and reserving a puppy from Precious Family Jewels, buyer understands and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. Deposits are non-refundable unless if through some tragic accident the reserved puppy were to die, be injured or develop an illness or disorder before going to it's new home. This does NOT include minor imperfections and/or common breed conditions including, but not limited to: uneven bites, elongated soft pallet, pinched nostrils, umbilical hernia, floppy ears (Yorkies) luxating patella (Grade 1), etc.


2. Balance due in CASH ONLY on puppy pick-up day.


3. Puppy will not be released to buyer until payment is made in full. Failure to pay balance in full on an agreed upon pick-up date voids this agreement and seller may offer puppy to another buyer without further obligation to the buyer placing this deposit. Failure of the buyer to complete this purchase would subject seller to lost opportunities to sell the puppy to another buyer and retention of the deposit is meant to compensate seller for lost time and additional expenses incurred.


4. Puppy pick-up date is based on sellers estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned and ready to be placed in a new home. Seller reserves the right to retain the puppy past the original agreed upon pick-up date if it is found to be beneficial to the health and well-being of the puppy.


5. Buyer understands that the puppy is being sold WITHOUT registration unless advertised differently or prior agreement has been made.


6. Buyer understands that there is no guarantee to size, weight, temperament, and/or color of this puppy at maturity.


7. Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if made aware of any reason why buyer might not provide a suitable environment for this puppy.
